Larger items are delivered on wooden pallets each of an approximate size of 1m wide x 1.2m deep x anything up to 2m high. These deliveries are brought onto the front drive of the property if the ground conditions allow or are left at the kerbside if they are not suitable. It is the customer's responsibility to remove the products from the pallet and dispose of the timber pallet.
Your goods are covered by our goods in transit insurance policy. Please carefully check the goods by unpacking them before signing for the delivery. If you find any damages, please refuse the delivery and we will exchange your product. If you sign for the delivery, this means you are accepting it and the insurance policy will not cover the transport damages you will want to claim. Therefore once the delivery document is signed, we will not accept any responsibility for the transport damages and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund.
Delivery Surcharges
If you live in an area such as the Scottish Highlands etc... you may incur a small delivery surcharge, these charges fluctuate and are set by our couriers, we are unable to change the locations covered by this surcharge. Please use the postcodes below as a guide to see which are premium locations with a surcharge.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect items - sometimes we can send you products that are only available for Click & Collect but to do so there is a delivery surcharge. Whether we can send products all comes down to the parcel companies at the time so please ask on the phone 01268 761119 and we can look into sending Click & Collect items with a delivery charge.
